Vortex tubes are used as cooling refrigerants for the sonic welding procedures. The gun may get heated too much due to the heat generated during sonic welding process. The sonic welding procedure is actually utilized for joining the paper packaging of kitchen together. The process continues for longer duration and mean while heat will be generated continuously which results in over heating of the gun. Vortex tubes are fitted to the hand held sonic welding gun with the outlet pointed towards the tip of the gun and on operating the vortex tubes the tip of the sonic welding gun gets cooled enough to prevent over heating and there by stops the time waste in the production process.

Cutting machines are manufactured for filter process. During the process, new filter media with metal screens present on both sides are used for cutting into required shapes. The metal screens material in the filter media will get melted due to the metal screen creating heat on the cutting blade. Vortextubes will be installed which acts as the source for blowing cold air on the cutting blade to remove the heat from the cutting blade so it will prevent the melting of filter media and any defects created due to heat generation can be rectified.
